It's time for the ULTIMATE business snatch! Not only is it a new year, but it’s a new decade and this means you get another opportunity to make an impact with your business.
When it comes to prepping your business for the upcoming year, you need to have good strategies, systems, and structure. Today I wanted to share with you the 3 strategies, 2 systems and overall structure I love to use when whipping my business and my client’s business into shape.
Right now, you may be on the right track but we have to get you going in the right direction.
MY STRATEGIES
OPERATION STRATEGY
Developing a plan for the operations functionality to support the business strategy. For example: customer retention plans, capital management, product development, human resources, etc.
REVENUE STRATEGY
Develops a financial plan to support the business strategy. For Example: payroll management, pricing and inventory control, forecasting, metrics and reporting, etc.
MARKETING STRATEGY
Defines marketing plans to support the business strategies. For example: social media marketing, launch campaign, marketing material, PR planning, content creation, etc.
MY SYSTEMS
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) a system to manage the process flow of potential and current customers from consultation to fulfilling the order
Accounting Management a system to manage the process flow of payroll, invoicing, vendor management, manage and pay bills, etc.
MY SOLID STRUCTURE
The foundation of your business is the most important part of having a successful business. Registering your business with your Secretary of State, grabbing your business trademark, obtaining your EIN, opening a business bank account, creating a business credit profile, building an effective team and having a written business plan.
